Do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband???

Interesting day yesterday was. I haven't been on IRC in ages, since before my mom took away my computer after I moved back home from Cody. Well today, I log on to see if anyone I know is online there. No as usual they all hate me and if I am there they aren't. No big deal, I'm just chillin in #teens, laughing at all the stupid kids advertising for themselves. 19 m cali net cam msg if you wanna trade pics. Anyway, I was chatting with a couple ppl and all of a sudden this guy from Turkey, living in London sends a msg to me saying that he wants to chat with me if I am serious.

Here is the convo as best as I can remember it. I wish I would have copied it right into here as it happened that would have been smart huh?

Him: Hello, I would like to chat, but only if you are serious.

Me: Serious about what?

H: Anything.

M: Ok.

H: Where are you?

M: Wyoming

H: I am in London.

M: cool

H: But I am from Turkey.

M: ok

H: I would rather be in US though.

M: why?

H: Do you go to school?

M: Yes, I am in college.

H: Will you marry me?

M: I don't know you, how can I marry you?

H: It will take time, but I willing to give you my time are you?

M: I'm not ready to get married!

H: How old are you?

M: 20

H: That is a good age for marriage. Will you give me time?

M: I don't want to get married, not until I finish school and do my own thing for a while, I'm not ready to commit myself to any kind of long-term relationship.

H: Not even with me?

M: *left*

I didn't know what to say, I was so shocked, and he wouldn't take my attempts at saying no, as nos. I should have just told him I was a lesbian or something, but then he prolly would have tried to tell me I wasn't and that I was just waiting for him to find me or some bullshit like that.

I think he just wanted to come to the US and marriage to an American citizen is the easiest way to get here.
