added protein, no thanks

Apparently when I sent out that memo to the trailer house after the centipede episode back in May the kitchen decided it was going to totally ignore it.

Last night all I wanted for dinner was pancakes. The last little bit of milk we had was bad so no pancakes for me. So I went out and bought milk so this morning/afternoon when I woke up I could make some pancakes.

I wake up, stick a bowl full of water in the microwave to warm up for some form of hot drink. (Being the silly fool that I tend to be, I gave the coffee pot I spent nearly $40 on to my mother and she took it to her work to replace the one that was dying.) That done I grab another mixing bowl crack the two eggs, pour the cup of milk into the bowl and grab the Bisquick.

I get a cup of it measured out and pour into the bowl and notice this little brown spots. Hrm…that is weird I don’t remember there being brown spots in Bisquick. I definitely don’t remember little moving brown spots in Bisquick.

Once again no pancakes for me. There are freaking bugs in my pancake mix. So I had to throw away a box of Bisquick that had been used once, wasted 2 of the 4 eggs we had and a whole cup of milk

Kitchen I hope you know I hate you and your stove that can’t tell temperatures and has only 3 working burners, and your refrigerator that is a bazillion years old with the huge ice chunk that ruins all our food.

Kitchen you better not ruin my Thanksgiving!

I guess I should finish my Hot Chocolate then shower and get ready for work.
