Crazy idea

I'm watching "Conspiracy Theory." I have a question that maybe somebody out here can answer. I noticed it this morning when I was kind of watching the movie while I typed an entry. I even rewond the tape to double check.

The part of the movie where Jerry burns up his house and he and Julia's character escape. When they call the guy that Jerry bit his nose down the little whole in the floor, there is a guy standing in the back ground, taking notes. That dude looks like Marshall Mathers. I've watched the scene three times in the last day. It looks like him seriously does.

If anyone could tell me whether it is or isn't him I would feel a little less crazy.
